The Primary Care Child and Family Psychology service would like to let you know about the variety of group courses we deliver throughout the year to support children, young people and families with common difficulties.
These resources include:
GLOW – An online module-based anxiety management resource for primary aged children.
Shine – An anxiety management group for young people aged 12-17. Groups run both face-to-face and online.
Understanding Teens – An online parenting course offering evidence-based advice for parents interested in understanding teenage development and behaviour
Understanding Kids – A new online parenting course offering evidence-based advice for parents interested in understanding more about childhood development and behaviour management
A referral to CAMHS is not required to participate and signing up is simple. Visit the Access Therapies Fife website (link below) and complete the online self-referral form to sign up for the course of interest
